We are very aware you can search google, speak to your own midwife regarding this information and do not have to pay for that, we encourage you to reach out to your midwife and attend the free antenatal classes they offer.

HOWEVER.. we save you time by providing all the information at your fingertips, from the comfort of your home, you work, you garden...well literally anywhere and its no-nonsense, and evidence based!

If you have reached out to your local maternity unit and been to the free antenatal courses or have them planned, definitely go, but come back to us and we can continue that learning and support throughout the rest of your pregnancy journey

Once signed up you will provided with the details of the community group or 1:1 details of the midwife who you will be able to contact. 

This is an opportunity to discuss questions about your pregnancy/newborn/postnatal care and birth plans with the midwife, it is not a replacement for the care you receive from the hospital.
